Most girls are guessing their way through sorority recruitment.

You think you know how to answer the questions. Recruitment isn’t about saying the “right thing.”
It’s about connection. Energy. Confidence. And that can’t be faked or learned from TikTok.

You get it from real-life practice.

What if you walked into your first party and thought:

✔️ “I know what to say.”
✔️ “I know how to connect.”
✔️ “And I know exactly who I am and what makes me stand out.

✔️"My initial excitement to get the members’ attention will help me get the right score.”

That’s what Camp CRUSH is designed to do.

You don’t need to fake anything. You just need:

strategy.

practice.

and support.

CAN WE GUARANTEE BIDS OR GUARANTEE A BID TO YOUR #1 SORORITY?

When using Getting the Bid's products and services, we do not guarantee a bid to a sorority. We provide information to help you with sorority recruitment. Sorority recruitment voting is partial to the sorority members and the women going through recruitment. We do not have any control over voting; therefore, we do not control the bidding process.

Over 95% of our CRUSH clients have received bids.

SLOAN IS YOUR GUIDE TO SORORITY RECRUITMENT.

In 2013, Sloan went through recruitment at the University of Georgia. While she recruited for her sorority, she saw potential new members get stuck in the Overlooked Conversation Cycle and not stand out.

Since 2019, she has developed CRUSH. This program gives potential new members a plan full of strategies. The strategies that allow potential new members:

  • to have members and the recruitment teams recognize their names

  • walk into sorority recruitment empowered

  • have unique conversations that leave the members wanting to continue to talk to them

  • know how to play the game of sorority recruitment -- understand what to say to show interest and have the members excited to see them

Some of her clients have gone to the following colleges:
