The three-day in person workshop is focused on practicing for your in person conversations and learning insider secrets that set you apart from other girls. The workshop is designed to help you achieve overnight growth to take your conversation skills to the next level. We will replicate sorority recruitment. That way, when you go through recruitment, it is easy! You have done it before!

By the end of the three days, you will learn:

• 4 step formula to stand out in your conversations

• How the voting scorecards work for the members

• What to say when you meet the Recruitment Chair or President

• How to transform good answers to great answers

• How to show initial excitement to get the members’ attention (Yes, they vote on this!) and keep their attention

• How to handle conversation styles (the over talker, the stuck in the script, etc.)

• When to ask questions and what questions to ask

• And more!

During the three days, you will receive personalized, actionable insight from Sloan who has help girls get bids to competitive sororities all over the country. Client have been invited back to the maximum number of sororities for a round (as an out-of-state student, legacy, and girl who knew no one at her college), gotten back their top two sororities for Pref Round, and met the President. Member have said, “My friends and I were fighting over who got to talk to you!”, “I hope my Little is just like you!”, “We have to have out after recruitment!”, “You are a breath of fresh air!”, “When I met you for the first time, I knew you would be an ADPi!” and “Let’s walk slower. WHERE WILL MY DAUGHTER STAY?

Sloan will rent an Airbnb. The address will provided as soon as Sloan receives it.

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?

Yes! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will provided throughout the three days.

HOW MANY GIRLS WILL BE AT EACH CAMP?

There will be up to ten girl and Sloan per camp.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN CRUSH?

Once you join, you will receive:

• 6, one-on-one calls via Zoom with Sloan

• Invitation to attend a 3 day event (Locations Nashville, Austin, and San Diego.)

• CRUSH workbook (this workbook will be mailed to you)

• Daily support for 1 year (text, calls, and email)

• Daily game plans and check-ins throughout sorority recruitment
  

IS EVERYONE ACCEPTED TO CRUSH?

We do not accept every application. Some women are not the right fit for the program. When selecting who we work with, we look at the application as a whole. Please fill it out to the best of your ability.

We provide information to help you with sorority recruitment. Sorority recruitment voting is partial to the sorority members and the women going through recruitment. We do not have any control over voting; therefore, we do not control the bidding process.
