HOW TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION DURING SORORITY RECRUITMENT

HOW TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION DURING SORORITY RECRUITMENT

First impressions are everything in sorority recruitment.

Why do they matter?

Opinions are hard to change. Sadly, some potential new members (women going through sorority recruitment) are dropped because of their first impression. Here is what usually happens to these women.

  1. Before sorority recruitment starts, they do not campaign for themselves.

  2. During their conversations, they answer the questions with facts.

  3. They are not connecting with the members.

When this happens, they get lost in the crowd of other potential new members. The members do not remember their names. Their scores are going to be average or below average. When you get average scores, you increase your chances of being dropped.

SORORITY RECRUITMENT PACKETS

Let’s chat about recruitment packets.

Recruitment packets are one of the things you just have to have.

These packets allow for a smooth transition into sorority recruitment.

Plus, these packets are a vital step before your recommendation letters can be sent out to the sororities.

Basically, you HAVE to have your recruitment packet completed before you can get recommendation letters.
